# Check people in at the door

Scan guests' tickets with a phone or webcam, and give your door staff a scanner link without an account.
## Scan tickets [#scan-tickets]

1. Open the guest list and choose **Scan tickets**, or search it in ⌘K.
2. Point your phone's camera or a webcam at a guest's QR code. They're checked in.
3. A ticket with plus ones lets in one person per scan until the whole party is in.

Scan a used ticket and the scanner says when it was first used. If a code won't scan, type the short code under it.

Each guest's row also has **Check in** for the whole party, and a check in can be undone.

## Give your door staff a link [#give-your-door-staff-a-link]

1. In the guest list's menu, open **Door link**.
2. Scan its code with a phone, or copy the link and send it.
3. Whoever opens it gets the scanner, the headcount and a name search, with no account.

  Anyone with the door link can check guests in. Turn it off when the night is over.
