# Review videos and artwork

Comment on videos, audio and covers at the exact moment, resolve notes, and approve files or ask for changes.
Every media gallery on a track, album, playlist, team, event or tour is also a review room. Editors upload their cut, ask for review, and the artist or manager approves it or asks for changes, with the discussion on the file.

## Review a file [#review-a-file]

1. Open a gallery and click a file. It opens large beside its comments. Video and audio play, images zoom.
2. While a video or audio file plays, press **Pin to time** to tie your comment to that moment. Anyone can click the time to jump there.
3. Once a note is handled, tick it as resolved. Filter the thread by open or resolved to see what's left.

## Approve or ask for changes [#approve-or-ask-for-changes]

1. On a file, press **Request review** to flag it.
2. A reviewer approves it or asks for changes. The status shows on the gallery card.
3. Use the filters as a review queue: **Needs review**, **Changes requested**, **Approved**, and **My uploads** for everything you delivered.

The same works on cover options while you pick the final artwork.

## File types and sizes [#file-types-and-sizes]

Galleries take video, audio, images and design or project files. Files the browser can't show get a download card and links to open them in an editor.

Large files count against your team's storage.

## Shows and tours [#shows-and-tours]

Shows and tours have their own gallery for aftermovies and photos. An event's upload link lets your videographer drop footage straight into it, ready for review.
