# Book a call
Source: https://docs.aden.space/docs/help/work-together/call-booking

People outside Aden book a 30 minute call with someone on a team from its public pages, in that person's hours, with a Google Meet link on their calendar.

## What it is [#what-it-is]

Anyone can book a call with you from your team's public page, like a
Cal.com or Calendly link, without leaving Aden. They pick who they want to
talk to (the artist, the booker, the manager), a day and a time. Aden only
offers times inside your hours that are still free, and the call lands on
your calendar with a Google Meet link and an invite in their inbox.

## Using it [#using-it]

* **Set your hours.** Account → Availability → **Booking hours**. Pick the
days and times people can book a 30 minute call with you, then **Save
hours**. They're read in your own time zone.
* **Connect a calendar.** Calls go on your connected Google Calendar (or
Outlook), which makes the Meet link and sends the invite. Busy windows,
events on calendars you sync and sessions you accepted are never offered.
* **Switch it on per team.** Under **Bookable from**, switch on the teams
whose pages should offer you. Your role on the team (Artist, Booker) shows
under your name. Copy the booking link with the link button.
* **Where people book.** `aden.space/@your-team/call`, the **Schedule a call**
link on your profile and sub-pages, and your website's contact page.
* **Booked calls** show up as meetings in Sessions and on your Aden calendar,
and you get a notification. The person who booked can create an Aden
  account in the same step.
