# Switch between Simple and Pro

Simple shows your tracks and little else. Pro shows everything. Put pieces back into Simple one at a time.
Aden has two looks. **Simple** keeps the screen calm: a slim sidebar of icons, your tracks as artwork, and a short home. On a track you see its versions, a **+** to add something and **…** for its details. **Pro** shows every tool Aden has. You pick one when you sign up, and can switch whenever you like. Nothing you made changes.

## Switch [#switch]

1. Click your team's picture or name at the top left.
2. Under your teams, click **Simple** or **Pro** and pick the other one.

Or press **⌘ .** (Ctrl . on Windows) anywhere in Aden, or press **⌘ K** and type **Simple mode** or **Pro mode**.

## Put a piece back into Simple [#put-a-piece-back-into-simple]

1. Open the team switcher.
2. Click **Simple** or **Pro** under your teams, then **Customize Simple**.
3. Switch on what you want to see in Simple, for example **Calendar** or **Sidebar labels**.

It shows up straight away. Switch it off to take it out again.

On the tracks board in Simple, **Filters** and **Display** stay at the top right. **Display** shows your tracks as a board, a list or a table, and its **Artwork size** slider makes the covers bigger or smaller, and so does dragging the edge of any column.

On your home in Simple you can still drag sections around and resize them. Simple keeps its own arrangement, so your Pro home stays as you left it.

You can also search for it: press **⌘ K** and type **Calendar in Simple**.
