Practical articles on collecting societies, royalty taxes and contracts, for the country you work in.
Guides are short articles on the practical side of music in your country: how collecting societies work, which taxes apply to royalties, which contracts to watch out for. The Aden team writes them, and so do organisations like collecting societies.

## Read guides [#read-guides]

Open **Guides** from your personal navigation. You see public guides, guides from organisations you belong to, and guides shared with your team.

Public guides are also on aden.space without signing in, sorted by country.

## Publish a guide for your organisation [#publish-a-guide-for-your-organisation]

Organisation owners and admins only.

1. In your organisation, open **Guides** and click **New guide**.
2. Set the country, the web address, a title and the content.
3. Choose who sees it:
   * **Team**: only the teams you pick.
   * **Organisation**: everyone in your organisation and its teams.
   * **Public**: anyone, after the Aden team approves it.
4. Save. Team and organisation guides show up straight away.

To edit or delete a guide, open it from your organisation's guides list. Changing a guide to public sends it back for approval.
