# Send a track to a chat or a demo inbox

Drop a song into an Aden conversation, or send it to another team as a demo, without copying a link.
The share dialog has three modes in its header: **Link**, **Chat** and **Demo**.

## Send it to a chat [#send-it-to-a-chat]

1. Open the track's share dialog and switch to **Chat**.
2. Pick who gets it:
   * **People**: a teammate, or anyone on Aden with a public profile. Search them by name.
   * **Teams**: a team you work with.
   * **Organisations**: one of your organisations. It goes into that organisation's shared chat.
3. Add a message if you want and press **Send**.

The song lands as a card in the conversation. A link is made for it, so people who aren't on your team can still listen.

## Send it as a demo [#send-it-as-a-demo]

1. In the share dialog, switch to **Demo**.
2. Pick the team and press **Send demo**.

The track lands in that team's demo inbox like any demo submission. They get a notification and can listen right away.
