# Request a release delivery
Source: https://docs.aden.space/docs/help/release-share/releases/request-delivery

Send an artist one link with a due date to deliver the master, cover, credits and codes, and see what's still missing.
Instead of chasing the master, the cover and the credits over email, send the artist one link. They deliver everything on the share page, and you see what has arrived.

## Ask from the share dialog [#ask-from-the-share-dialog]

1. Share the track as a link.
2. Add **Ask for delivery**.
3. Pick a due date and what you need: master, cover art, credits and splits, ISRC, release date.
4. Add the artist's email to make the link theirs, and send it.

## Ask from the track [#ask-from-the-track]

Open the track's **Delivery** page (from the track's **+** menu, the sidebar, or ⌘K: "request delivery for" and the song name). Press **Request delivery** to make the same link and copy it.

The page lists open requests with their due dates. Copy a link again or close a request there.

A new request starts from what your team asked for last time.

## What the artist sees [#what-the-artist-sees]

The share page shows **Deliver this release** above the versions: a checklist with one button per item. They sign in, then:

* upload the master, which becomes the track's final version,
* upload the cover,
* fill in who did what and the splits,
* add the ISRC or the release date.

Each item ticks itself off as it's filled in. They don't join your team: the link is what lets them deliver.

<Callout>
 A cover that stores would reject (too small, not square, CMYK or transparent) is refused on the spot with what to fix. The master is checked the same way after upload.
</Callout>

Your organisation's **Releases** page shows each release's nearest due date next to what it still needs, in red once it's overdue.
