# Schedule playlist changes
Source: https://docs.aden.space/docs/help/release-share/playlists/schedule-playlist-changes

Plan when tracks go in and come out of a playlist, look back at past tracklists and add releases automatically.
Run your playlists like a curator: put a track in a slot for a week, a month or for good, and plan when it comes off again.

On the Ultra plan.

## Schedule a change [#schedule-a-change]

1. Open the playlist and press **Planning** (the calendar icon in the header, or in the playlist's menu).
2. On the **Scheduled** tab, pick **Add** or **Remove**.
3. Choose the track and the day it should happen. For an add, you can also pick the day it comes off.

Upcoming changes are listed underneath. Cancel one any time.

## See how the playlist looked [#see-how-the-playlist-looked]

On the **History** tab you get every add and removal. Pick a date in **Show membership as of** to see the exact tracklist on that day.

## Place a demo in a playlist [#place-a-demo-in-a-playlist]

1. In your team's demos, open a demo's menu and choose **Add to playlist**.
2. Pick the playlist, the spot (top or bottom), the day it goes in and, if you want, the day it comes out.

The demo becomes a track and is accepted. On the day it goes in, the artist gets an email with a link to follow the playlist, and the linked Spotify playlist is updated.

A Spotify playlist only takes songs that are on Spotify. A demo placed before its release stays in your Aden playlist and shows up on Spotify once Spotify lists it.

## Add releases automatically [#add-releases-automatically]

On the playlist's **Auto-add** tab, add a rule:

1. Choose whether it watches one team or a whole organisation.
2. Choose where new releases land (top or bottom) and how long they stay.
3. Add a genre filter if you want.

From then on, every matching release is added for you.
