# Run a radio show
Source: https://docs.aden.space/docs/help/release-share/mixes/radio-shows

Schedule when a show airs, plan its next episodes and export the cue sheet collecting societies ask for.
A radio show or podcast is a mix with the radio show or podcast type, plus a schedule.

## Schedule airings [#schedule-airings]

On the mix's **Airtime** tab, add an airing:

1. Choose how often it repeats (daily, weekly, every two weeks, monthly or once), the day and the time.
2. Pick the station and how long the slot runs.
3. Add a first and last air date or notes if you want.

Every airing shows when it airs next. Pause a series when the show is on a break instead of deleting it. Add as many airings as the show has slots.

## Plan episodes [#plan-episodes]

A show opens on its **Episodes** tab: the next dates it airs, numbered on from the last episode, then the episodes that already aired.

1. Press **Plan** on a date. It makes that episode as a draft mix.
2. Open it to invite the guest and build the tracklist.

A planned episode shows who is on it and how many tracks it has. Type "plan episode" in ⌘K to get there fast.

## See what's coming up [#see-whats-coming-up]

**Mixes → Schedule** lists every upcoming airing across all your mixes, with each recurring series grouped per show so you can edit, pause or remove a slot in one place.

## Export a cue sheet [#export-a-cue-sheet]

For any mix that isn't a plain DJ mix, the tracklist's **Export** menu has a cue sheet: every track played in order, with ISRC, ISWC, cue time and the episode and air date. It's the music usage report collecting societies like SABAM, PRS, ASCAP, BMI or GEMA need to pay broadcast royalties.
