# Create a mix
Source: https://docs.aden.space/docs/help/release-share/mixes/create-a-mix

Make a page for a DJ set or show, upload its audio and cover, build the tracklist and publish it.
## Create the mix [#create-the-mix]

1. Go to your team's **Mixes** page and press **New mix**.
2. Check the team in the page header.
3. Give it a title and one or more types: DJ mix, radio show, guest mix, live set, podcast, studio mix, or your own.
4. Add an episode number, genre, release date and a linked event if they apply, and choose whether it's public.
5. Save.

You can filter the **Mixes** list by type.

## Add the audio and cover [#add-the-audio-and-cover]

On the mix's **Tracklist** tab, upload the audio file (MP3, FLAC, WAV and others). Its length and waveform are worked out after upload. Upload a cover on the same page.

<Callout>
  Uploading mix audio needs the Ultra plan or higher.
</Callout>

## Build the tracklist [#build-the-tracklist]

On the **Tracklist** tab, press **Add tracks**, or **Start tracklist** on an empty mix. Pick from your library or add tracks from outside Aden, one by one or in bulk.

## Link the platforms [#link-the-platforms]

On the **Links** tab, add the mix on Mixcloud, SoundCloud, Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube or anywhere else. The first link is the primary one, shown on your public profile. You can make any link primary later.

## Credit other teams [#credit-other-teams]

On the **Collaborators** tab, **Add** links a team you're in or any team by its handle, or share the **Invite link**. A team's credit shows publicly once it accepts.

## Publish it [#publish-it]

Make the mix public and it appears on your profile. While private, only your team sees it.
