# Send a pitch
Source: https://docs.aden.space/docs/help/release-share/label-pitches/send-a-pitch

Pick the labels, turn a template or an old email into a draft, set what each link allows and send.
Pitch a track or album to labels, from your own email address.

## Send a pitch [#send-a-pitch]

1. Open the track or album, go to its release tab and choose **Send a pitch**. You can also press **Submit** in the track sidebar, or type "send a pitch" in ⌘K.
2. Add the labels. For each, pick who gets it from your contacts or add someone new; they stay linked to that label for next time. Add a label that isn't on Aden by name, and if its website lists a demo address, it shows as **Demo inbox** next time.
3. Write the email:
   * Pick a template on the right, or **How you write** to start from your own style.
   * Or open **Sent mail**, find a pitch you sent before, and pick it. Aden turns it into a draft with the old names and link swapped out. **Keep my draft** stops it.
   * **Rewrite** makes it shorter, warmer or more professional.
   * Fill in the parts in \[brackets].
4. Press the link icon on each label to set what its link allows: one version or every version, downloads and comments.
5. Send them all at once. With two labels or more, you can switch to **One by one** beside **Add label** to write each email separately.

Like a draft you made? Press **Save as template**.

## Keep track [#keep-track]

After your first pitch, Aden offers to add the **Pitches** widget to your dashboard. On your phone it shows up by itself. Each label's link tells you who opened your email and who listened.
