# Run an album as an organisation

Build one release across several artist teams in your roster, alone or together with partner organisations.
A label, agency or other organisation can run an album across its roster from **Albums** in the organisation workspace.

## Create an organisation album [#create-an-organisation-album]

1. In the organisation, go to **Albums** and create the album.
2. Add the artist teams taking part.
3. Pull tracks from each team's catalogue into one tracklist.

The organisation manages the release: status, details, teams and tracklist. Every artist keeps ownership of their own tracks and sees the album in their team's **Albums** list.

Removing a team takes its tracks out of the tracklist, never out of the team's workspace.

## Work with other organisations [#work-with-other-organisations]

1. On the album's **Organisations** card, invite a partner organisation.
2. The partner accepts or declines from its own **Albums** page.

Once confirmed, both organisations manage the album with the same access, and each adds artists from its own roster. Each organisation also keeps its own submission and contract record for the album.
