# Scout for bookings, labels and press
Source: https://docs.aden.space/docs/help/promote/opportunities/scout-for-leads

Tell Aden what you're after and get a list of companies worth contacting, each with a drafted first message.
Finding who to contact is the slow part of getting booked, signed, placed or covered. The scout does that part. You still send every message yourself.

## Run a brief [#run-a-brief]

1. Open **Leads** and press **Find opportunities**.
2. Say which artist, what you're after, where (a country, city or region) and when.
3. Add any constraints in your own words: capacity, fee floor, genres to lean on, who not to contact.
4. A few minutes later, a **Suggested** column appears on your board.

## Review the suggestions [#review-the-suggestions]

Each suggestion is one company: a venue, festival, agency, studio, label, music supervisor, magazine or brand. Open it to see why it fits, how you're already connected through people on Aden, the contact details it found published, and a drafted first message with your press kit link. Each draft has a score out of 100 with what to fix.

* **Add lead** turns it into a lead in New, with the draft on its timeline and a next step to send it. You set the date.
* **Skip** keeps it from coming back for this brief.

Switch on **Every week** and the brief runs again by itself until you switch it off.

## Find creators [#find-creators]

Pick **Creators** under "Looking for" (or type "find creators" in ⌘K) to find TikTok, Instagram and YouTube creators who could use your track in a video. The scout favours accounts whose videos reach more people than their follower count. Each draft asks them to use one track and offers no money.

## Follow the roadmap [#follow-the-roadmap]

Open **Roadmap** for the order to work in: warm introductions first, then targets that open several doors, then direct pitches. Steps have a date and an owner, and tick themselves when a lead is emailed or moves on. Change anything by hand, or in words: "Nova can't play weekdays".
