# Find the A&Rs you already know

Pull the label people you've already emailed out of your inbox and turn them into contacts.
You've probably already emailed more A\&Rs than you remember. Aden can find them in your inbox.

1. Connect your team's Gmail account.
2. Open **Leads** and press the button to find A\&R contacts in your inbox.
3. Aden lists the people it found in demo and A\&R threads, grouped by the label they write from. Personal addresses like Gmail and Outlook sit at the bottom, unselected.
4. Search by name, address or label, and pick who to keep.
5. Confirm which organisation each group belongs to when Aden already knows that label.
6. Add them.

Everyone you pick becomes a contact tagged A\&R, on a lead for their label. Nothing is saved until you add, and people you already have are reused, not duplicated.
