# Read and answer campaign replies

See everyone who wrote back to a campaign in one place, reply, and take people off your list.
Replies to your email campaigns come back into Aden, so the whole team sees them next to the campaign that caused them.

1. Open a sent campaign from **Campaigns**.
2. Under **Responses**, see each reply with the sender, when it arrived and what they said. **Show full reply** expands it.
3. Act on it:
   * **Reply** opens your mail app with the sender and subject filled in.
   * The **✓** marks it handled.
   * In the **⋯** menu, **Add to contacts** saves the person, and **Ignore** files away noise.
   * Unsubscribe the person from your campaigns from the same menu. When a reply asks to be taken off the list, the option shows right on the reply.

## Replies become leads [#replies-become-leads]

Anyone who writes back with something other than a no lands on your **Leads** board as **Interested**, with "Answer their reply" as the next step. If they were already a lead, that lead moves to **Interested**. The reply shows a **Lead** link to open it.

A plain "no thanks" is labelled **Not interested** and stays off the board. To add one anyway, choose **Add to leads** in the **⋯** menu.

Unsubscribed people stop getting campaigns but still get invoices and confirmations. You can add them back from their contact page.

The campaigns list shows a small badge on every campaign with replies still waiting. Out of office replies, auto replies and a plain no are labelled and never counted as waiting.
