A recurring nudge on a label pitch that has not been answered, with a previewable follow-up email you send yourself and a dashboard queue of everything still waiting.

## Never lose a pitch to silence [#never-lose-a-pitch-to-silence]

Once a track is marked **Ready**, the versions page offers to send it to
labels, and a **Labels** panel appears in the track sidebar showing every
pitch and where it stands. Both open the submissions list on the track's
Metadata tab.

When you send a track to a label, the label usually goes quiet. Open the
track's **Metadata** tab, find the label under submissions and choose **Remind
me to follow up**. Pick how often to chase (weekly, every two weeks, monthly),
when the first nudge should land, and who you are talking to at the label.

When a nudge is due, Aden notifies you and the pitch appears in the **Waiting
on a label** panel on your home screen, across every team you are in. Open it
and choose **Write the follow-up**: the email is drafted with the track, the
label and how long ago you sent it already filled in. You review it and send
it, and if you have connected Gmail, **Send** puts it out from your own
address without leaving Aden. The reminder counts the chase and schedules the
next one in the same step, and the label's reply comes back on the track.

Without a connected inbox you get **Copy** and **Open in email app** instead,
and **I sent it** in the menu to move the reminder on.

A second chase is worded differently from the first, so it never reads as the
same message pasted again. If you would rather use your own words, edit the
draft and hit **Save as my template**: every future follow-up starts from it,
with the track, label and contact filled in for you.

The moment you mark the submission accepted or rejected, the reminder clears
itself. Aden never emails a label on your behalf.
