# Collect signatures and payments

Have everyone sign the camp's terms, and invoice writers for the price to join.
## One contract for everyone [#one-contract-for-everyone]

1. Open the camp and go to **Settings → Contract**.
2. Write the terms (splits, confidentiality, code of conduct, travel), or click **Upload contract** to add a PDF.
3. Switch on **Sign before joining** if people must sign before they get in.
4. Add extra **Documents** like house rules or a studio map. People can read them but don't sign them.
5. Click **Save**.

From then on, invited people get the contract with their invite, and applicants get it the moment you accept them. Signing works like every contract in Aden: a private link, a saved signature, and a signed PDF anyone can verify.

Added people before the contract existed? Click **Send to everyone on the roster**. Nobody is asked twice.

Each person's signed or to sign badge shows on **People**. Open it for the signing date, the signed copy, or a link to send when you chase someone.

## Invoice the people who join [#invoice-the-people-who-join]

Set the price first, under **Settings → Public page → Price**.

1. On **People**, the **Payment** column shows each person's invoice: none yet, draft, unpaid, overdue or paid.
2. Click it to open their payment sheet. The amount starts at the camp price. Add VAT or a due date if you need them.
3. Create a draft, or create and issue it straight away. Before an invoice goes out, Aden shows you the total, the recipient and the email.
4. When the money arrives, click **Mark as paid**.

Tick several people on **People** to create, issue, email, mark paid or cancel their invoices together.

Camp invoices sit in your business's normal invoice list, with the same PDFs, reminders and exports. The writer's email links to a page where they read the invoice and its payment reference, no account needed. Nobody can be billed twice while an invoice is live.

  Only owners and admins of the business can create and send invoices. Everyone else sees the buttons greyed out, with the reason.

## When someone opts out [#when-someone-opts-out]

A writer can opt out from the signup page. If your camp has a cancellation policy, the fee for that day shows on their person sheet and payment sheet. Settle it with them yourself.
