# Build the public camp page
Source: https://docs.aden.space/docs/help/organisations/writers-camps/camp-page

Turn your signup link into a full camp page with the price, schedule, hosts, travel, FAQ and what writers get.
Your signup link opens the camp's own page: a banner with your logo, the dates, place, price and host, the schedule, and the form. Fill in as much or as little as you like. Each part only shows once it has content.

## Edit the page [#edit-the-page]

1. Open the camp and go to **Settings → Public page**.
2. Open a row to fill it in:
   * **Price**: what it costs to join, a **Price note** like "+ VAT", and what the price covers. Leave it empty for a free camp.
   * **Getting there**: routes, transfers, the nearest airport and station.
   * The team: your hosts, each with a photo, role and short bio.
   * **Your rights**: where masters and publishing land.
   * **FAQ**: questions and answers, grouped by category.
   * **What you get**: the perks, like a goodie bag, gear or plugin licences.
   * **Testimonials**, **Sponsors** and **Contact**.
3. Click **Reload preview** to check it.

The schedule comes from your [Plan](/docs/help/organisations/writers-camps/plan-the-sessions), day by day. To show only the dates and place, switch off **Show the schedule to invitees** under **Settings → Applications**.

Under **Appearance**, **Immersive banner** lets the banner fill the top of the page edge to edge.

Visitors add the camp to Google, Apple or Outlook calendars from the dates. On a phone, the form comes first.

## Set a cancellation policy [#set-a-cancellation-policy]

1. In **Settings → Applications**, open **Cancellation**.
2. Write the policy in your words.
3. Add fees by days before the start, like 50% within 14 days and 100% within 3.

Visitors see it next to the apply button. When someone opts out, the fee is noted on their sheet for you to settle. Nothing is charged automatically.

## Hand out what you promised [#hand-out-what-you-promised]

Each writer on **People** gets a gift button for the perks under **What you get**. Tick what has been handed out, so nobody leaves without their goodie bag.

## On your business profile [#on-your-business-profile]

Public camps show on your business's public profile as open for signup, waitlist or upcoming. The hosts appear there as organisers.
