# Group your members

Tag members with labels like Producers or A&R, then plan a studio session for the whole group at once.
Groups are labels you put on the people in your business, like "Producers", "A\&R" or "Songwriters". A member can carry as many as you like. Once a group exists, you can plan a session for everyone in it instead of picking the same people every time.

## Create a group [#create-a-group]

1. In your business, open **Groups**.
2. Click **New group**.
3. Give it a name and tick the members who belong in it. A group needs at least one member.
4. Click **Create group**.

## Change a group [#change-a-group]

Open the group to add or remove people with the switch next to each name, rename it, or **Delete** it. Deleting only removes the label. Nobody leaves the business.

## Plan a session for a group [#plan-a-session-for-a-group]

On a group, click **Plan session**. The session form opens with everyone in the group already picked. For a one-off with hand-picked people, use **New session**.
