# Connect artist teams to your business

Invite the artists you work with, ask for the access you need, and see only what each team shares.
Your business works with artists through their teams. Each connection says what you can see and do for that team: tracks, releases, calendar, finances, contracts. The team decides.

## Invite a team [#invite-a-team]

1. In your business, open **Teams** and click **Invite team**.
2. Search for the team on Aden, or enter an email address.
3. Choose the access you ask for.
4. Send the invite.

The team accepts, declines parts of your request, or gives you more. You get a notification saying what changed. Someone invited by email who has no team yet names one on the invite page and accepts in one step.

## Ask for more access [#ask-for-more-access]

1. Open the team's page in your business.
2. Click **Ask for more** and pick the areas you don't have yet.

To take an ask back, click the × on the pending area. A page you can't open yet, like a team's calendar or releases, offers to ask every team that hasn't shared it in one click.

## What you can do once connected [#what-you-can-do-once-connected]

* Receive the team's [submissions](/docs/help/organisations/demo-inbox/review-submissions).
* See their tracks, releases and plans, as far as they share them.
* Send invoices and contracts.
* Book shows and take [commission](/docs/help/organisations/agency-commission).

## End a connection [#end-a-connection]

Either side can end it at any time. Your access to that team stops. Their account, their other teams and everything outside the connection stay with them.
