# Set up your business

Create your business on Aden, connect the artist teams you work with, and bring in your staff.
A business is a label, publisher, distributor, studio, agency, school, coach or brand on Aden. It doesn't own anyone's account. It connects to artist teams, and sees only what each team agrees to share. You keep one personal account for everything: your own music, your band, and the businesses you work at.

When a relationship ends, only that link goes. The artist's account and their other teams stay exactly as they were.
