# Use your own domain

Point your own web address at your business's public page or website.
Your public page can live on your own web address, like yourlabel.com, instead of an Aden link.

## Connect your domain [#connect-your-domain]

1. In your business, open **Settings → Domains**.
2. Add your domain.
3. Tick the website option if the domain should show your full website instead of your profile.
4. At the company where you bought the domain, create the DNS records Aden shows you.
5. Back in Aden, click **Verify**.

Once verified, the domain shows your page. DNS changes can take a while to spread, so verify again later if it doesn't work straight away.

## Send email from your domain [#send-email-from-your-domain]

Mail from your business goes out from Aden's address unless you verify a sending domain, also under **Domains**. It's a separate setting from your page's domain.
