# Post an opening

Publish a gig or a role on Aden's jobs board, share it, and review everyone who applies.
Teams and businesses can both post. An opening can be a full-time role, a gig or a collaboration.

## Post it [#post-it]

1. Open **Job openings** in your business, or **Jobs** in your team.
2. Click **New opening**.
3. Describe the opportunity: the role, the type, and what you're looking for.
4. Set the status to open to publish it on the board.

Edit, close, feature or delete it at any time.

## Review applicants [#review-applicants]

Applications arrive under the opening, in your jobs page. Read each one and move it along with its status. Prefer people to apply elsewhere? Point the opening at your own link or email instead.

## Spread the word [#spread-the-word]

* **Share** on the opening opens a ready post for LinkedIn, X, Facebook or WhatsApp, or copies the link.
* **Create post** drops a draft into your posts, with the role and a link back. Finish it and schedule it like any post.

## On your public page [#on-your-public-page]

While you have open roles, your public page shows them: an open roles section on a business, and an entry next to your demo and booking buttons on a team.
