# Pitch music to a business

For artists: submit a track or album to your label, and keep the people, emails and contracts with the pitch.
Once your team is connected to a label, publisher or distributor, you can pitch your music to them and follow how it stands.

## Submit a track or album [#submit-a-track-or-album]

1. Open your team and go to **Submissions**.
2. Pick the business and the track or album.
3. Set a priority and add notes.
4. Send it. The business can accept, decline or ask for changes.

## Add the people you're talking to [#add-the-people-youre-talking-to]

Every pitch has a **Contacts** row. Add the people at the label from your team's contacts, as many as the conversation needs.

## Find the emails about it [#find-the-emails-about-it]

Click **Find emails** on a pitch. Aden searches your team's connected Gmail for threads with those contacts, with the business's own addresses, and with anyone at its website's domain. Link the threads that belong, and open them in Gmail with one click. No inbox connected yet? The finder tells you where to connect one.

## Keep the documents with it [#keep-the-documents-with-it]

Add contracts and one-sheets from your computer, from Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive or Box, or straight from a Gmail attachment. The Gmail picker opens already searched on the label's name.

## Find pitched tracks [#find-pitched-tracks]

On your tracks board, the filter has **Pitched** (anywhere, or by where it stands: waiting, shortlisted, accepted, declined) and **Pitched to** (by business). Combine them with status to see, say, released tracks a label accepted.
