# Set up your coaching practice

Choose what you coach, set what each coach teaches, and open a public form where clients book sessions.
## Say what you coach [#say-what-you-coach]

1. Open **Coaching** and click the gear.
2. Under **What you coach**, pick your disciplines: vocal, performance and stage, songwriting, production, mixing and mastering, instrument, DJing, dance, theory, mindset, career, content, image or artist development.
3. Click **Save**.

## Set what each coach teaches [#set-what-each-coach-teaches]

In the coach list under it, set each coach's specialisms. A coach with nothing listed stays bookable for anything you offer. Sessions booked through your form are titled with the discipline.

## Turn on your public form [#turn-on-your-public-form]

1. In the same settings, switch on the **Public request form**.
2. Share the link. **Open public form** shows it the way clients see it.

Clients book in a few steps, without an account:

1. Choose what they want to work on (only when you offer more than one discipline).
2. Choose coaching with a coach who teaches it, or anyone available, or studio time in one of your public rooms.
3. Pick a day and a time slot. Days a chosen coach is fully booked are greyed out.
4. Confirm with their name and email.

## Announce your availability [#announce-your-availability]

Click **Announce availability** to send a campaign with a link to your form. Everyone who books is saved as a contact in a coaching leads list, ready for your next campaign.

## Record sessions [#record-sessions]

To record your coaching sessions, switch on **Record sessions** in your business's **Settings**. Recording starts with the coach, screens and cameras included.
