# Follow up on your coaching clients

See who needs a next session first, what they sent for review, and keep their own work private.
## See who needs you [#see-who-needs-you]

On **Coaching**, open **Display** and choose **Clients**. It lists everyone coached in your business in the last year, the ones who need a follow-up first: nothing planned, then the soonest next session.

Each row shows their program, how many sessions they had, their coaches, their next session, and the versions they sent a coach that nobody answered yet.

* Click a row to open their session.
* Click the plus to plan their next one.
* **Display → Only who needs a follow-up** hides the rest.

## Private by default [#private-by-default]

Clients never have to link their workspace to you. They send a version to their coach with send for review, where your coaches have their own group, and the coach sees just that version.

When an artist does link their team to a coaching business, it opens goals and comments only, until they choose to share more.
