# Playlist pitches
Source: https://docs.aden.space/docs/help/more/playlist-pitches

A team pitches a whole playlist to a label, publisher or sync agency as one bundle. The organisation goes through the tracks in one place and shortlists the ones to continue with, one click per track.

## Pitch a playlist [#pitch-a-playlist]

Open a team playlist, open the actions menu and choose **Pitch to organisation**. Pick the label, publisher or sync agency (or add one that isn't on Aden yet), optionally leave a note saying what the bundle is for, and send. Every Aden track in the playlist goes across as one bundle. External tracks (Spotify links, crate rows) are skipped.

The playlist sidebar then lists every organisation you pitched to with how many tracks they shortlisted or passed on, updated the moment they decide.

## Go through a pitch [#go-through-a-pitch]

On the organisation side, pitched playlists sit above the submissions board as cards showing progress ("4 of 12 reviewed"). Opening one gives a single list: play button, title, artist, and two controls per track.

* **Shortlist** marks a track to continue with.
* **Pass** declines it. A second click on either undoes it.

Signing a shortlisted track (contract dates, royalty follow-ups) happens on the track's own submission page, one click from the title.
