One due list for an organisation's booking side, lead next actions, prospect follow-ups and unanswered requests to play, on the org dashboard, in the mobile app, in a daily reminder and through the MCP server.

## What it is [#what-it-is]

Your organisation dashboard has a **Follow-ups** card: every lead whose next
action date is here, every show prospect or venue hold due a follow-up, and
every request to play at one of your venues you have not answered. Overdue
items sit at the top in red. Tap one to land on the record.

On the morning a follow-up is due you get a notification (in-app, push and
email). A lead goes to whoever owns it; prospects go to the organisation's
managers.

In the mobile app, pick an organisation in the workspace switcher and the home
tab shows a **Personal / Organisation** switch. The organisation dashboard
lists the same follow-ups, your prospects by stage and your artist teams.

Connected an assistant through the MCP server? Ask it "what should I follow up
on today", then have it move the prospect, set the next date and log the call.
