# Next up
Source: https://docs.aden.space/docs/help/more/next-up

One ranked list of what to do next on every dashboard (personal, team, organisation, mobile). No hand-set priorities. Urgency, staleness and the kind of work decide the order, and the list keeps going.

## What it is [#what-it-is]

The first card on your dashboard answers one question: what should I do
next? It is not a list of everything. It is ranked, five at a time, and
"Show more" keeps going as far as you want.

What can land there: a release coming up and what it is still missing
(ISRC, pre-save link), a task with a deadline, a milestone due, a lead or
promoter you promised to follow up, a label pitch nobody answered, a show
next week, a track that has been sitting untouched. Overdue items read in red.

Managers see their own version on the organisation dashboard: everything
the booking side owes a reply on, plus one row per artist team that has
stopped moving.

There are no priority settings. The order comes from how close the date is,
how long the thing has been sitting, and how much finishing it moves you
forward. Add a release date or a deadline and the next step shows up by
itself.

Not everything belongs on your list. Hover a row and hit the eye to hide it
(Undo in the toast if you slip). The cog on the card switches whole kinds
off, say stale tracks, and brings back anything you hid one by one.
