## What it is [#what-it-is]

The leads board and the opportunity scout from the web, on your phone. Both
open from the organisation dashboard and from a team dashboard, under
**Pipeline**. They follow the workspace switcher: with an organisation
active you work its pipeline, otherwise the active team's.

**Leads** is the board. Columns per stage, search over title, company and
contact. A row shows the company, the person on it and the next action date,
in orange when it is overdue, with a dot for high or urgent priority. Tap a
lead to move it to another stage.

**Find opportunities** is the scout. Pick the artist (an organisation picks
one of its active teams), what you are after, where and when, add
constraints, and run. Switch on **Run again weekly** to keep the brief
running by itself. Suggestions appear below within a few minutes: tap one
for why it fits, how the artist is connected, the contact channels found
(tap to email, call or open), the sources and the drafted first message with
a copy button. **Add lead** writes it to the board with a follow-up dated
tomorrow. **Skip** keeps it from coming back. Saved briefs sit at the bottom
with their last run, what they produced, a **Run again** button and the
weekly switch.

Nothing is contacted from the app. The scout finds and drafts; you send.
