Search the audio on your computer from the phone's Search tab and play a file that was never uploaded, through the desktop app, as a temporary preview.

## What it is [#what-it-is]

Find a bounce on your computer from your phone and listen to it right away,
without uploading it to Aden first.

## Using it [#using-it]

* Open Search on your phone. When Aden is open on your computer, a row
  offers **Search** followed by your computer's name (or **Recent audio on**
  it, with nothing typed).
* Tap it to list matching audio files. From then on the list follows what
  you type.
* Tap a file to play it in the player. Your computer sends a compressed
  copy that is deleted within a day.
* Your computer only has to be on with Aden open. It can be locked.

## Turning it off [#turning-it-off]

On your computer, search "phone access" with ⌘K, or turn off **Phone
access** in the Inbox settings in Links. That also stops chats from other
apps reaching your phone.
