# Import a site's sign-in from your browser
Source: https://docs.aden.space/docs/help/more/desktop-browser-cookie-import

A Links page offers to bring over the sign-in your browser already holds for its site, so Claude, ChatGPT or Google Docs open signed in without a second login.

## What it is [#what-it-is]

A Links page keeps its own sign-in, apart from your everyday browser, so the
first time you open Claude, ChatGPT or Google Docs on the rail it is signed
out even though your browser is signed in. A banner under the address bar
offers to fix that: **Import from Chrome** brings the sign-in your browser
already holds for that site over to the page, which reloads signed in. No
password, no second login.

The banner shows only when your browser has a sign-in for the page's site
that the page is missing. Close it and it stays closed for that site on this
computer. You can run it again any time from the page's **…** menu
(**Import sign-in from browser**) or from ⌘K, with the page on screen.

It reads Chrome, Arc, Dia, Brave, Edge, Comet, Vivaldi, Opera, Chromium,
Firefox and Zen on a Mac, and Chrome, Chromium, Brave, Firefox and Zen on
Linux. For a Chromium browser, macOS asks once to let Aden read its
sign-ins; choose Allow. Everything stays on your computer: nothing is sent to
Aden, and only that one site's sign-in is copied, into that one page.

Windows browsers lock their sign-ins to themselves, so the banner does not
appear there. Sign in on the page instead.
