# DAW plugin

Aden inside your DAW as a VST3, Audio Unit or CLAP plugin. It comes with the desktop app, updates with it, and opens straight into the session you're in.

## Aden in your DAW [#aden-in-your-daw]

Load **Aden** on any track or on the master in FL Studio, Ableton Live,
Logic Pro or any DAW that takes VST3, Audio Unit or CLAP plugins. It shows
Aden right there: your tracks, notes, lyrics and sessions. Sound passes
through it untouched.

* **Nothing extra to install.** The desktop app puts the plugin in your
plugin folders and updates it with every Aden update. If your DAW doesn't
list it yet, rescan its plugins.
* **Straight into your session.** Open the plugin while a session is live
and it opens that session, its notes and lyrics, wherever you left it.
* **Turn it off** in the desktop app under Settings, System, DAW plugin.
That takes it out of your plugin folders.
