# Get delay times from a tempo

Turn any BPM into delay and reverb times in milliseconds, or LFO rates in Hz, for every note value.
[BPM to ms](https://tools.aden.space/tempo) gives you delay times for a tempo, without the maths. Free, no account needed.

1. Open [BPM to ms](https://tools.aden.space/tempo).
2. Set the tempo: type it, step it with minus and plus, or press **Tap** in time with the music. T taps from anywhere on the page.
3. Press the metronome button to hear a click at that tempo. It follows the tempo as you change it.
4. Choose **ms** for delays and reverb pre-delay, or **Hz** for LFOs and tremolo.
5. Find your note, from a whole note to a 32nd, in **Straight**, **Dotted** or **Triplet**.
6. Press a value to copy it, then paste it into your plugin.
