# Pay your artists

Record payouts on published statements, download a bank payment file, and export every statement.
Once a period's statements are published, record what you paid.

Business owners and admins only.

## Mark statements paid [#mark-statements-paid]

1. Open the period and select the statements you paid.
2. Choose **Mark paid**, and add the payment reference if you like.

**Mark unpaid** undoes it.

## Pay in bulk [#pay-in-bulk]

Download the **Payment file**: a CSV your payout service or bank imports for bulk transfers, such as Tipalti or Wise.

## Export statements [#export-statements]

* From the period's menu, export every statement as **Export statements (CSV)** or **Export statements (Excel)**.
* Each statement downloads on its own as a PDF, or as CSV or Excel with every line.
