# Manage your subscription

See what you pay and when it renews, change add-ons, read your billing history or cancel.
Everything about your team's subscription lives on its **Plan** page.

## See what you pay [#see-what-you-pay]

1. In your team sidebar, open **Plan**.
2. The top line shows your plan, its price and when it renews.
3. Open **Plan details** for what the plan includes, the **Billing email**, your invoice details and the **Sponsorship code** row.
4. Press **View usage** to see what your team used this month.

## Turn add-ons on or off [#turn-add-ons-on-or-off]

Open the **Add-ons** tab to switch extras such as a shop or the 3D world on your public profile, or to add streaming analytics to a Pro plan. Each add-on says what it costs on top of your plan.

## Read your billing history [#read-your-billing-history]

The **History** tab lists every billing period with its status.

If you subscribed twice by mistake, cancel the extra one there. Aden keeps the newest subscription; contact support if that's the one you want to cancel.

## Change your card or cancel [#change-your-card-or-cancel]

Use **Manage billing** on the Plan page, or the link in any billing email. When you cancel, your paid features stay until the end of the period you paid for, then the team moves to Free.

## Plans arranged with Aden [#plans-arranged-with-aden]

Some teams, often those managed by an organisation, are put on a plan directly by the Aden team and paid by invoice. You get an email with what's new on your plan, the amount, the billing period, who pays and a reference number.

The same details sit on the **Plan** page, along with the renewal or end date. For questions about an invoiced plan, reply to that email or write to [support@aden.space](mailto:support@aden.space).
