# Send shows to your society

Share your shows with whoever files them, and see when they're filed and confirmed.
Someone at your society, or your manager, can file your shows for you. They don't need an Aden account.

## Send the link [#send-the-link]

1. Open the declare list from a show's **Setlist**.
2. Type their email and press **Send**, or press **Copy link** to paste it yourself.

From your **Events** list, you can also select shows and use **Copy declaration link**.

The link opens the shows, every work with its writers, and the file to download. Sent shows count as declared.

## See when it's filed [#see-when-its-filed]

1. Once it's in their system, they press **Mark filed** with their work email and an optional reference.
2. You get a notification, and the show's **Setlist** reads that it was filed and partly confirmed.
3. When they confirm from their inbox, it reads confirmed.

## Answer questions [#answer-questions]

Something missing or wrong? The link page has **Comments**. They comment with their name and email, you get a notification, and you answer from the show's **Setlist** or the page itself. They get your answer by email. Mark a comment resolved once it's handled.

## Take the link back [#take-the-link-back]

Use **Withdraw link** in the **Setlist** menu. If nobody filed it yet, the shows go back to waiting to be declared.
