# Declare your shows

Download the declaration file for your society's portal and keep track of which shows are done.
Once a show has been played and has a setlist, it's waiting for you to declare.

## Declare from a show [#declare-from-a-show]

1. Open the show's **Setlist** and press **Declare**. It opens every played show you haven't declared yet.
2. Press **Download** for the file your society's portal takes.
3. Upload it to your society.
4. Press **Mark declared**.

Changed your mind? **Mark not declared** undoes it.

You can also open the same list from the **Declare** task in your dashboard's event follow-ups, or by typing **Declare setlists** in ⌘K.

## Declare several shows from your events [#declare-several-shows-from-your-events]

1. Open your **Events** list.
2. Filter on **Setlist** and pick **To declare**.
3. Select the shows.
4. Use **Download declaration** or **Mark declared** in the bar at the bottom.
