# Royalties from live shows
Source: https://docs.aden.space/docs/help/business/live-performance-rights

Turn the shows you play into performance royalties by declaring each setlist to your society.
When songs are performed in public, your collecting society (SABAM, PRS, ASCAP, SACEM, GEMA and others) collects a fee and pays it to the songwriters and publishers of the works played. You claim it by declaring the setlist of each show.

Societies want one setlist per show, but you can send several at once. Aden keeps track of which shows you still have to declare, so you can do it every few shows instead of after each one.
