# Terms, privacy and your data
Source: https://docs.aden.space/docs/help/business/legal/terms-and-privacy

Accept Aden's terms, find the privacy policy, and ask for data from Facebook or Instagram to be deleted.
## Accept the terms [#accept-the-terms]

When you sign up, and whenever Aden publishes a new version of its terms, you're asked to read and accept them before you continue. Every past version stays available on Aden's terms page.

## Read the privacy policy [#read-the-privacy-policy]

Aden's privacy policy is always linked from the footer of Aden's website.

An artist's website made with Aden has its own **Privacy** and **Terms** pages in its footer. They describe that artist's site, not Aden: who publishes it, what the anonymous visitor counting covers, and who owns the music and artwork. Both name the artist and link their contact address.

## Delete data from Facebook or Instagram [#delete-data-from-facebook-or-instagram]

If you connected Aden to Facebook or Instagram and later removed it, you can ask for any data Aden holds about you to be deleted.

1. On Facebook, go to Settings & Privacy, then Settings, then Apps and Websites.
2. Remove Aden, then choose Send Request under removed apps.
3. Facebook shows a confirmation code and a link to a page where you can check the status of your request at any time.

You can also email [privacy@aden.space](mailto:privacy@aden.space) to ask for deletion directly.
