# Sign a split agreement on a track

Get every collaborator to sign their splits, chase who's missing, and save the final PDF to the track.
A track's collaboration agreement records who gets what. Each signature covers the exact splits that person agreed to.

## Agree the splits [#agree-the-splits]

1. Open the track, go to **Collaborators** and open **Contracts**.
2. Go through the steps: **Split**, **Terms**, **Signatures** and **Finalize**.
3. Press **Request signatures** to email everyone who still needs to sign.

Collaborators also see the agreement on their own home, under **Contracts awaiting your signature**.

## Chase missing signatures [#chase-missing-signatures]

* Press **Remind** next to someone's status to email just them again.
* Aden also reminds anyone who hasn't signed by email after 3, 7 and 14 days, and stops once they sign.

## When a split changes [#when-a-split-changes]

If a split changes after someone signed, their row reads **Changed since signed**. The agreement goes back on their home, and it can't be finalized until they sign the new numbers. Joining a track is not the same as signing it: only a signature counts.

## Finalize it [#finalize-it]

Once everyone has signed, press **Finalize contract**. The agreement locks and its PDF is saved once to the track's files, in the Contracts folder. To change anything later, create a new version.
