# Read a contract with AI

Fill in a contract's details or a track's splits from a file, and check if a label deal is fair.
Already have a contract as a PDF or a photo? Aden can read it for you. Files can be PDF, PNG, JPEG or WebP.

## Fill in a contract's dates [#fill-in-a-contracts-dates]

1. When you upload a contract (from a team's contracts, or **Account → Publishers**), pick your file.
2. Press **Autofill from file**. Aden fills in the title, start date and end date.
3. Check the values and save.

## Add collaborators from a contract [#add-collaborators-from-a-contract]

1. Open a track and go to **Collaborators**.
2. Press **Scan contract** and pick the file.
3. Aden lists every party with their roles and splits: royalty, publishing, mechanical and sync.
4. Add them as collaborators in one go.

## Check if a deal is fair [#check-if-a-deal-is-fair]

On the same scanner, press **Check Deal**. You get a read of the terms with red flags and advice for your negotiation.
