# Add widgets and use Aden in Messages
Source: https://docs.aden.space/docs/help/apps/mobile/widgets-and-messages

Put your tasks, tracks and calendar on the home screen, and send tracks and session invites from iMessage.
Reach your team without opening the app.

## Add a widget [#add-a-widget]

1. Touch and hold the home screen, then tap Edit and Add Widget.
2. Search for Aden and pick a widget and a size.
3. Open Aden once so the widget has your data.

Pick from:

* **Tasks**: open tasks, soonest deadline first.
* **Recent tracks**: your latest tracks and their status.
* **Calendar**: what is next today and this week.
* **Milestones**: active milestones with their progress.
* **Alerts**: label follow-ups and royalty claims that are due.

Widgets follow your active team. Tap one to open that screen. Signing out resets them.

## Send a track from Messages [#send-a-track-from-messages]

1. In a Messages conversation on iPhone, tap **+**, then **Aden**. Look under More if it is not listed.
2. Your newest tracks show where the keyboard was. Search for any other.
3. Tap a track. Its share link lands in your message, and Messages shows it with the cover.

The calendar button starts a session: give it a name and a time, and its invite lands in your message. Whoever opens it can join.

It uses the team you last opened in Aden, so open Aden once after signing in.
