# Control your computer from your phone

Use your phone as a trackpad, keyboard and play button for the computer running Aden.
The Remote turns your phone into a trackpad and keyboard for your computer. Handy in the booth, on the couch, or anywhere away from the desk.

## Open the Remote [#open-the-remote]

1. Open Aden on your computer, signed in to the same account as your phone.
2. On a Mac, open Aden's **Settings**, choose **Shared mouse**, and press **Allow** if Aden asks for Accessibility.
3. On your phone, search "Remote", or open it from your profile.

## Use it [#use-it]

* **Move**: slide one finger.
* **Click**: tap. Tap with two fingers to right click.
* **Scroll**: slide two fingers.
* **Drag**: press and hold, then move.
* **Type**: tap the keyboard button.
* **Play, pause and skip**: use the buttons at the bottom.

With more than one computer open, tap its name at the top to pick another.
