# See what is coming on the rail
Source: https://docs.aden.space/docs/help/apps/desktop/calendar-on-the-rail

Calls, sessions, release days, shows and deadlines appear on the desktop rail ahead of time, one click from their page.
The desktop rail brings what is coming in your calendar within reach. Each one sits under Links with a small sparkle.

## What shows up [#what-shows-up]

* **A call**: an Aden session with a call link, or a meeting from your connected Google, Outlook or iCloud calendar. Opens the call.
* **A studio session**: its session page.
* **Release day**: the track's or album's public page. Pre-release day opens the pre-save page.
* **A show**: its event page, else its tickets.
* **A deadline**: the track or album it belongs to.
* **A writers camp**: one entry for the camp day, like "Day 3 of 5". It opens your camp space and names your room today.

An Aden page opens on its own, floating over what you are doing. Calls open as a page in Links, so you sign in to Meet or Zoom once and later calls join straight away.

## Choose how early [#choose-how-early]

Moments come onto the rail ahead of time and stay until they are over. Pick **1 hour**, **half a day** or **2 days** before under **Calendar on the rail** in **Settings → General**.

## Snooze or dismiss [#snooze-or-dismiss]

Right-click a moment:

* **Snooze 1 hour**, **Snooze until tomorrow**, or pick a time.
* **Dismiss** removes it until its day has passed.
* **Copy link** copies its page.

## Find it in ⌘K [#find-it-in-k]

⌘K lists everything in the next two weeks under **Coming up**. Type a name, what it is ("release", "tickets") or a day ("friday"). A row's "…" lists the people on it, so you can message or email them.

Moments follow the workspace in the switcher: a team shows its own, Personal shows every team plus your own calendars.
