## Get started [#get-started]

* [Account & auth](/docs/help/get-started/account), Identity, sign-in, profile, security, and account lifecycle for every Aden user.
* [Account security](/docs/help/get-started/account-security), Login credentials, recovery keys, MFA, passkeys, anti-phishing codes, inactivity lock, forced password change for org/enterprise invites, email changes, and self-service account deletion. The full security surface for an Aden user account.
* [Zero data retention](/docs/help/get-started/zero-data-retention), A switch on a user, team or organisation that keeps every AI call on providers that retain nothing.
* [Sign in with Apple](/docs/help/get-started/sign-in-with-apple), Create or sign in with Apple on web OAuth and native iOS, without an invite code.
* [Phone verification at signup](/docs/help/get-started/phone-verification), Signup can text a 6-digit code and refuse the account until it is typed back, so one number means one account. Built, off by default.
* [Preferences](/docs/help/get-started/preferences), Per-user settings that control how Aden looks and behaves. Theme, app options, keyboard shortcuts, sidebar layout, and saved filter views.
* [Notifications](/docs/help/get-started/notifications), How Aden tells users what happened, in-app bell, email, and push, plus the team email inbox and social inbox for managing external conversations.
* [Nicknames](/docs/help/get-started/display-name), An optional nickname on your account that replaces your real name everywhere you are shown to other people, guarded so it cannot impersonate an act you are not on.
* [Default team](/docs/help/get-started/default-team), A per-user default team that team-scoped routes fall back to when no team is active, replacing the /app/unauthorized dead end.
* [Onboarding](/docs/help/get-started/onboarding), Guides new users through account and team setup, then tracks post-signup progress via an in-app checklist and an admin-managed drip email sequence.
* [Getting started checklist](/docs/help/get-started/onboarding-checklist), An interactive, in-app checklist of everything to set up in Aden as a user, a team and an organisation.
* [Guides & knowledge base](/docs/help/get-started/guides), Editorial country-specific knowledge articles (tax info, collecting societies, contracts, …) scoped to a team, an organisation, or the public, with an admin approval gate for public articles.
* [Feature tours](/docs/help/get-started/feature-tours), Small, self-starting spotlight tours that introduce a page or feature the first time it is opened. Track versions, version comments, calendar, links, and contacts.
* [Artist-led organisation onboarding](/docs/help/get-started/artist-led-org-onboarding), A team, or an admin on its behalf, invites the label, publisher, manager or studio it works with. The organisation gets a role-specific email and either approves from its members page or claims the organisation through the invite, which activates the link.
* [Signup gate](/docs/help/get-started/signup-invite-gate), Anyone can create an Aden account. A typed invite code or the `?betaadenspace` unlock skips the waitlist; otherwise staff accept the request from the existing beta queue. Waitlisted accounts still open collabs, camps, and sessions they belong to.
* [Registration details](/docs/help/get-started/registration-details-step), The signup details step validates the invite code against the server and looks up the user's IPI number from the public songwriter credit indexes.
* [Demo accounts](/docs/help/get-started/demo-account-incentive), On every public demo-submission surface, nudge artists to submit with a free Aden account for a faster response and follow-up; signed-in artists submit as their Aden account (identity + a track from their library) on org portals, while a quick no-account submission stays available where the recipient supports it.
* [Personal dashboard](/docs/help/get-started/personal-dashboard), The artist/team workspace home. A grid of your teams with a switchable metric per card, open tasks, members and recent activity.
* [Home day line](/docs/help/get-started/home-brief), Week line under the greeting, ending on the first Work on next row, which opens the whole Work on next list, on /app and org home.
* [Next up](/docs/help/get-started/next-up), What to do next on every dashboard, in two tabs. Music ranks your ideas by how much you already put into them and keeps one to three you are finishing on top. Release ranks what is due. No hand-set priorities.
* [Search & saved views](/docs/help/get-started/search), Global command palette for navigating tracks, albums, teams, and settings, with deep Postgres lexical search (Pro+) and per-page saved filter presets.
* [Smart commands](/docs/help/get-started/smart-commands), Type what you want in ⌘K ("new lead Sam at Ninja Tune", "latest tracks by status") and the right form or filtered list opens. No AI for what the words can say; AI for the rest.
* [Context action chips](/docs/help/get-started/affiliate-ctas), Job-first partner chips next to shows, studio sessions, release plans, catalogs, and profiles. Outbound links are disclosed. Brand deals collect waitlist interest. No live marketplace yet.
* [Custom themes](/docs/help/get-started/custom-themes), Pick light, dark or system, build your own color theme, and add a background image for you, a team or an organisation.
* [Status names, colors & icons](/docs/help/get-started/status-customization), Rename track/album statuses, recolor them and swap their icon per team, Linear-style. Edit inline on the board and list headings, from settings, or by long-press on mobile.
* [AI configuration](/docs/help/get-started/ai-config), Bring-your-own API keys for premium AI models, per-team agent guidance, and AI-powered email personalization for outreach campaigns.
* [Ask AI about the docs](/docs/help/get-started/docs-ai-access), Plain-markdown twin of every docs page, a "Copy page / Open in ChatGPT · Claude · Perplexity" menu, JSON-LD, content signals, and docs served as MCP tools.
* [Feedback capture](/docs/help/get-started/feedback-capture), The global "Send feedback" dialog lets anyone drag a region or click an element to attach a real screenshot, review and highlight it (OK / Redo / Cancel) before keeping it; uploads go to a pending/ prefix with a 24h R2 lifecycle and are claimed to a permanent key on submit, so un-submitted shots auto-expire, no cron.

## Make music [#make-music]

* [Tracks & versions](/docs/help/make-music/tracks), The central object in Aden. A piece of music moving from idea to released master, with versions, covers, collaborators, comments and distribution.
* [Track collections](/docs/help/make-music/track-collections), Drop a track into a playlist, album, or mix in one click from the track's context menu. The picker searches across every team you belong to, not just the active one, and hides crates.
* [Track references](/docs/help/make-music/track-references), Pin related tracks to a track as inspiration or context. Search your own library, search Spotify by song name or ISRC, or paste any link. References work both ways: you can see what a track references and what references it.
* [Track documents](/docs/help/make-music/track-documents), Attach contracts, session notes, chord charts, or any file directly to a track or to a specific version. Organise into (virtual) folders, rename, share via a timed link, or delete. Stored in R2 and metered against the team's storage.
* [Track collaborators](/docs/help/make-music/track-collaborators), Add people and whole teams to a track's credits from the "Add collaborator" panel. One search over teams, people, @slugs and emails feeds one list where teams are groups (with ft. and public credit inline) and songwriters credited under their own name sit below. A team is the default answer for anyone new, because only a team carries an artist name, and a team can be one person. Rows carry per-person splits, roles, IPI and access. An emailed songwriter can accept as themselves, join with a team they admin, or create a team first and come back. The same reusable panel powers albums, camps and session invites.
* [Linked tracks](/docs/help/make-music/linked-tracks), Connect a track to the original it remixes, covers, edits or samples (and see the remixes of your own tracks), with an approval handshake between the two teams, split metadata, a "Remix of …" credit on the track's Linked tracks tab, and per-link document storage for remix/cover contracts.
* [Board & list grouping](/docs/help/make-music/tracks-tag-board), The tracks board groups by a field you choose (status, tags, genre, label, visibility, priority, pitched or licensing), and the list view nests a second layer under status using the same fields. Column choice lives in Display settings as one-click chips plus a searchable picker; status shows on each card; dragging a card between columns rewrites that field on the track. A trailing no-value column collects untagged tracks and strips the value on drop.
* [AI track search](/docs/help/make-music/tracks-ai-search), A list's search box has an AI mode (click the magnifier to swap it for sparkles) where a natural-language request ("released pop from 2024 as a board by genre") converts into the page's real filters and display settings on submit. A query that matches nothing offers the AI on the next Enter, in the toolbar, the sidebar panel and the filter popover. Tracks, albums and the leads pipeline run on it.
* [Mobile track filters](/docs/help/make-music/mobile-track-filters), The mobile app's tracks tab gets the web filter system as a native bottom sheet, with status, visibility, priority, genre, tag, label and distributor facets built from the loaded catalog.
* [Sheet layouts](/docs/help/make-music/sheet-layouts), Detail sheets can switch between side drawer, full page, pop up, and a minimized restore chip.
* [Version compare](/docs/help/make-music/track-version-compare), Instantly A/B two or more versions of a track at the exact same playhead position. Pick versions from a searchable dropdown, then flip between them with zero gap so you can hear mix, master, and small change differences in context.
* [BPM and key detection](/docs/help/make-music/audio-analysis), Every dropped or uploaded audio file gets its tempo, key, length and waveform read on the device, off the main thread, by Aden's own audio core in WebAssembly.
* [Stems on a version](/docs/help/make-music/version-stems), Layer audio over a track version, upload the parts you bounced or record straight over the track, place each one on the timeline and play them all together.
* [Version review](/docs/help/make-music/version-review), Ask people on the track, your teams, your organisations and past collaborators to review a version; each answers for themselves, and open asks land on their dashboard.
* [Version details on a share](/docs/help/make-music/share-version-details), A Details tab on every shared version showing bpm, key, time signature, highlight, isrc, lyrics language and the explicit flag.
* [Track EQ](/docs/help/make-music/track-audio-eq), A real-time, FL-style draggable equalizer (bell / shelf / notch / band-pass / low-high cut bands over a live spectrum or scrolling heat map) with per-band bypass, hold-to-solo auditioning, and loudness-matching auto-gain so the overall volume stays steady, plus playback tools (pitch shift and speed change) and the ability to attach an EQ snapshot to a timed comment so frequency feedback lands on a specific section.
* [Mono compatibility check](/docs/help/make-music/mono-compatibility), Phase analysis per track version: what the mix loses when a club, phone or radio chain sums it to mono.
* [DAW project previews](/docs/help/make-music/daw-project-previews), Reads a synced FL Studio (.flp) or Ableton Live (.als) project file and shows what is inside it, tempo, key, meter, song length, the channel/track list with its devices, every plugin and every referenced sample, and plays its arrangement in the browser, without anyone opening the DAW.
* [Invite from the open project](/docs/help/make-music/invite-from-daw), The desktop app sees which DAW project is open and lets you invite someone to its track from the menu bar popover, the menu bar menu or the home screen. They get the project to download before they have an account, and signing up links them to the track.
* [Clips & moodboards](/docs/help/make-music/clips), Save visual and audio inspiration to a track's moodboard. Clip an image straight from any web page with the Aden browser extension, or add a reference URL or uploaded file from the track's inspiration tab. Everything lands in one inspiration panel per track.
* [Inspiration moodboards](/docs/help/make-music/inspiration), Every track, album, session and team content library has an Inspiration moodboard. Paste reference links or images, browse them in grid/masonry/canvas, and (on tracks) arrange everything on a real freeform Excalidraw board.
* [Sample libraries](/docs/help/make-music/sample-libraries), Link the sample folders you already use, FL Studio packs, Splice downloads, your own vault, and Aden indexes, backs up and shares them with your team, searchable and previewable from both the desktop app and the web.
* [Sample clearance follow-up](/docs/help/make-music/sample-clearance), Track who you are waiting on to clear each sample in a track, keep the contact and next chase date on the sample, research the owner with an AI chat, draft the request email and hand the rights holder a listen-only share link.
* [AI music generation](/docs/help/make-music/ai-music-generation), Generate a track from a description, or a genre variant as a new version on an existing track. Lyria through OpenRouter, ElevenLabs Music 2.5 with ELEVENLABS\_API\_KEY, Stable Audio 3 with STABILITY\_API\_KEY. Admin preview billed to Aden.
* [Player & queue](/docs/help/make-music/player-queue), The persistent music bar at the bottom of the app. Transport controls, progress, volume, a dockable/floating mode, and a queue panel listing everything lined up. Each queue row and the track currently playing carry a single "…" actions menu (go to track, comment at the current playhead, jump to any version-card tab, copy link, share, download, all versions, remove from queue) so track actions are reachable without leaving the page you're on. In the bar that menu also holds the player's own options under an "Audio player" heading (progress bar style, speed, crossfade, shuffle, float/dock, minimize), so there is only ever one "…" button.
* [Downloads](/docs/help/make-music/downloads), Publish gated or paid files to fans through a public landing page your team controls. Decide whether the download is free or paid, whether you collect an email, name, or social follows in exchange, and when the link goes live, for a single track or as a standalone team product. A track download can also be offered as a pre-save reward that unlocks the instant a fan pre-saves.
* [Imports & export](/docs/help/make-music/imports), Bring tracks, albums, demos, submissions and collaborators into Aden from Spotify, Tidal, SoundCloud, a Gmail inbox, a cloud drive, Excel or CSV sheets, local audio files, or external uploaders; export any list as CSV or Excel.
* [Cloud storage import](/docs/help/make-music/cloud-storage-import), Connect Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive or Box and bring a whole folder into your catalogue as releases, tracks and versions.
* [Cloud imports](/docs/help/make-music/cloud-file-picker-import), Pick audio, artwork or documents straight from Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive, with live download progress and errors that say what to do next.
* [Cloud sources for team files](/docs/help/make-music/cloud-sources), Connected clouds appear as folders in team files. Click through Dropbox, Drive, OneDrive, Box or pCloud in place, and copy anything across server-side.
* [Email inbox import](/docs/help/make-music/email-import), Sync a connected Gmail or Outlook inbox (or paste emails) and let AI extract tracks, milestones, demos and shows to import into your team after review.
* [Email attachment import](/docs/help/make-music/email-attachment-import), Pick attachments straight out of a connected Gmail or Outlook mailbox and drop them into any upload box, without downloading them first.
* [Add track by link](/docs/help/make-music/track-link-import), Create a track from the link it already lives on (SoundCloud, Dropbox, Google Drive, YouTube, Spotify, or a smart link from Feature.fm, Linkfire, Hypeddit or Songlink) instead of uploading a master, so an existing catalogue can be migrated into Aden in an afternoon, with the pasted source embedded on the track page and the upload still available later.
* [Import profile links](/docs/help/make-music/profile-import), Read an artist's existing link-in-bio page (Linktree, Komi, Beacons, their own website, …) and file every link where it belongs, socials, shows, releases, playlists, press and short links, in one step.
* [Catalogue import](/docs/help/make-music/org-catalog-import), Labels, publishers and management companies bring their whole roster and back catalogue into Aden from a Spotify playlist or a spreadsheet. A team per artist, their tracks, releases and mixes, their contracts, and an invite so each artist can claim their workspace.
* [Catalog transfers](/docs/help/make-music/catalog-transfers), Move a catalog (tracks, albums and everything attached to them) from one team to another in one step, with the record in both teams' activity logs.
* [Landing track upload](/docs/help/make-music/landing-track-upload), Drop a track on the landing page and the hero laptop's notch shows it the way the desktop's drop shelf does, with what you can do with it; Create track previews it in the real version-card layout, and it follows you through signup into your new workspace.
* [Landing catalog import](/docs/help/make-music/landing-catalog-import), Import your Spotify or SoundCloud catalog from the home page and see it on an Aden board before you have an account.
* [Smart file matching](/docs/help/make-music/smart-file-matching), Match a local folder's contracts, artwork, royalty statements and project files to your tracks by file name, and attach them in one go.
* [Track email matching](/docs/help/make-music/track-email-matching), Scan a connected Gmail inbox for threads that mention your track titles and link submissions, label replies and feedback to the track.
* [Mobile voice note import](/docs/help/make-music/mobile-voice-note-import), Batch-import recordings already on the phone (Voice Memos, recorder apps, Files) into Aden as idea tracks, one track per file, keeping the recording date.
* [Copy uploads](/docs/help/make-music/export-sync), Copy each new version to a new SoundCloud track and into the /Aden folder of Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, Box or pCloud.
* [Team content & files](/docs/help/make-music/team-content), Per-team storage of documents, creative-content assets / inspiration, social profile links, and DAW project-file sync. Everything attached to a team or track that isn't audio.
* [Storage & uploads](/docs/help/make-music/storage-media), How files get into and out of Aden. Signed uploads to R2/S3, presigned download URLs, media galleries, upload links for external contributors, and admin video rendering.
* [Local backups](/docs/help/make-music/storage-local-backups), Download files as a zip before deleting them from storage, and keep a per-team registry of which hard drive each backup lives on so deleted files can always be found back.
* [Mobile team files](/docs/help/make-music/mobile-team-files), Browse every file a team stores from the phone, in folders or as one flat list, with search, offline save and upload.
* [iCloud Drive](/docs/help/make-music/icloud-drive), iCloud is not a connected cloud source like Dropbox or Drive, because Apple exposes no API for it. On the desktop app it is a folder on disk, so team sync can point at it, and the app downloads iCloud placeholder files before touching them.

## Release [#release]

* [Release plans](/docs/help/release/releases), Per-track launch planning with AI-generated milestones and social posts, plus a lifetime-fan subscription that auto-saves every future release to a fan's Spotify library.
* [Albums](/docs/help/release/albums), Group tracks into a release project that moves from idea to public, with cover art, collaborators, media, and Spotify import.
* [DDEX distribution](/docs/help/release/distribution), Technical pre-flight on the master and artwork, DDEX ERN message building (new release, update, takedown), and direct publishing to a team's own connected platforms (SoundCloud, Audius).
* [Music videos](/docs/help/release/music-videos), Attach multiple music videos to a track (official video, lyric video, visualizer, live take), as a YouTube/Vimeo link or an uploaded file, then leave timestamped feedback on the video timeline exactly like audio version comments. Share a single video for external feedback via a link.
* [Snippet video export](/docs/help/release/snippet-video), A 10-second vertical MP4 of a track in one of five templates, rendered on the user's device from the track actions menu.
* [Streaming links](/docs/help/release/streaming-link-resolution), The "listen on" row under a released track or album, resolved live from each streaming platform's own API by ISRC (tracks) or UPC (albums), with no data aggregator and no cost per view.
* [Milestones board](/docs/help/release/milestones-board), Milestones per track, album, team or org as one card on every view, with a detail sheet.
* [Playlists](/docs/help/release/playlists), Ordered collections of tracks (internal and external) that a team can share publicly, sync to Spotify, Tidal, Deezer and YouTube, and annotate with DJ metadata.
* [Mixes](/docs/help/release/mixes), DJ mixes: single uploaded audio files tagged with one or more types (DJ mix, radio show, guest mix, live set, podcast, studio mix, other), plus tracklists, external platform links, broadcast airings, PRO cue-sheet export, collaborators, and multi-team credits. A radio show is a mix tagged 'radioshow' that airs on a recurring schedule.
* [Playlist scheduling](/docs/help/release/playlist-scheduling), Schedule timed playlist adds/removals on a spot, keep a full membership history, drop demos into a slot, and auto-add tracks to playlists when they release.
* [Playlist submissions](/docs/help/release/playlist-submissions), Groover-style pitching: artists submit a track at a specific curated playlist (or attach their own playlist link), and accepted demos are placed straight into the target playlist.
* [Playlist submissions](/docs/help/release/playlist-pitches), A team submits a playlist to a label, publisher or sync agency the way it submits a track or album, with its own status, note, contacts, documents and mail. The organisation listens through the tracks on one page and shortlists the ones to continue with, one click per track. Selected tracks become a submitted playlist in one step.
* [Sharing & upload links](/docs/help/release/sharing), Send a track, album, mix, or playlist to anyone via a token-protected share link; collect files from collaborators via an upload link, no Aden account required on either end.
* [Upload links](/docs/help/release/upload-links), Shareable links that let anyone send files into a team's documents, media, artwork or transfers, or into an organisation's drive, attributing the upload to the visitor's account when they're signed in to Aden.
* [Share watermarks](/docs/help/release/share-watermarks), Mark the music on a share link. An audible tag you upload, an inaudible ID that traces a leaked file back to the link it came from, or both.
* [Collab interest](/docs/help/release/share-collab-interest), Let anyone with a share link raise their hand to work on the track. The team gets a chat message with the song and the note.
* [Public download page](/docs/help/release/public-download-page), One public link that lists an artist's whole released catalogue with a preview player and per-format downloads, replacing a shared Dropbox folder.
* [File transfers](/docs/help/release/transfers), WeTransfer-style file sharing. Send files (uploaded or straight from a song's cloud files) via an expiring link.
* [Remix sharing](/docs/help/release/remix-sharing), Surface the remixes a team makes on its public profile as filterable tracks, show the original each remix is based on, and let fans listen to a remix in-page from an external host (SoundCloud embed, or a direct Dropbox/mp3 stream): the copyright-safe way to share a bootleg remix you can't distribute yourself, with the free-download flow layered on top.
* [Label pitch links](/docs/help/release/label-pitch-links), A share link an artist sends to a label carries `?as=label`, which offers the recipient a demo inbox of their own on the page where they are already listening to the track.
* [Mobile story sharing](/docs/help/release/mobile-story-sharing), Share a track, album, playlist, event or tour from the phone as a branded 9:16 story image.
* [Rights & deals](/docs/help/release/rights-deals), Multiple simultaneous deals per track OR per album, publishing, master, distribution, licensing, sync, each scoped to the regions it was signed for, with album deals showing their track carve-outs, and territory-conflict flagging across both levels.
* [Publishing claims](/docs/help/release/publishing-claims), Record who takes the publishing written in a session, and read splits as three ledgers that each total 100%.
* [Performance rights](/docs/help/release/live-performance-rights), Turn live shows into collected royalties. Give each show a setlist in one step (new, or a linked playlist or mix, filled by pasting a tracklist or dropping a DJ history export), see every work's writers and what a society still needs, and declare played shows to your PRO in batches, or send them as a link the person at the society marks filed.
* [Royalty integrations](/docs/help/release/royalty-integrations), Labels connect their royalty software (Curve, Revelator, or any CSV export), map any DSP/distributor file to their schema with reusable templates, model royalty splits with tree-structured deal models, and every statement line is matched to the signed tracks, so artists see royalties per track.
* [Royalty claim reminders](/docs/help/release/royalty-claim-reminders), Recurring reminders on a track's label submissions to request royalty statements and payouts on the cadence the label contract allows, with a previewable semi-automated claim email that the user sends themselves.

## Promote & grow [#promote--grow]

* [Artist profile](/docs/help/promote-grow/artist-profile), Per-artist extras that enrich the team profile. A personal gear inventory, reusable skill/instruction snippets, curated inspiration sites, and interview management.
* [Artist identity](/docs/help/promote-grow/artist-identity), Optional per-act branding (persona, sound, visuals, tagline) that flavors release-plan drafts and chat, without blocking a release.
* [Worlds](/docs/help/promote-grow/world), 3D multiplayer worlds. Each artist's stages, office, member houses, shops and show venues; each organisation's office and artist portals; one Aden world with a festival, a coaster and an arcade. Travel between them without leaving the page, collect songs, sounds, tickets and specials.
* [Live streaming](/docs/help/promote-grow/live-streaming), DJs and cameras go live into the world club, venue rooms and event pages through Cloudflare Stream, from a browser, the desktop app, a phone or OBS.
* [Profile layout](/docs/help/promote-grow/profile-layout), Whether a public profile keeps its tabs or stacks every section down one page, and the shape of each stacked section.
* [Profile backlinks](/docs/help/promote-grow/profile-backlinks), Rows on the links page that copy your Aden profile URL and open each platform's own profile editor, so your bio points back at your music.
* [Inline editing on public pages](/docs/help/promote-grow/public-page-inline-editing), The team and the people who work on a release edit its title, description and story on the public page itself, in place, without the page slowing down for the visitors who cannot.
* [Website Kit](/docs/help/promote-grow/website-kit), A generated AI migration prompt, a live request playground and the read-only key rules that let an artist or organisation website render live Aden data, shows, tours, releases and media, refreshed on a schedule.
* [Team website](/docs/help/promote-grow/team-website), The hosted artist website at /@slug/website (and on a custom domain): templates, sections, the inline editor, and what each section pulls from Aden.
* [Branding](/docs/help/promote-grow/branding), Lets a team attach their own domain name to their Aden profile or a specific release, configure email sending from that domain, buy new domains through the built-in registrar, and create personal colour themes for the editor.
* [Custom domains](/docs/help/promote-grow/custom-domains), Point a domain you own at a team's or an organisation's public pages on Aden, with DNS records, verification and a website/profile switch.
* [Custom links](/docs/help/promote-grow/custom-links), Short links on a team or organisation profile, or platform-wide from the admin, that redirect to any URL and count their clicks.
* [Custom profile feed](/docs/help/promote-grow/custom-profile-feed), A curatable, mixed-content feed for public team, organisation and user profiles. Pin tracks, albums, events and tours into one stream in your own order.
* [Slugs](/docs/help/promote-grow/slugs), How Aden turns a name into the short URL for a team, track, playlist, share or event.
* [Preview profiles](/docs/help/promote-grow/preview-profiles), Aden builds a finished public profile for an artist or label before they sign up, so outreach links to the real thing instead of describing it.
* [Press kit](/docs/help/promote-grow/brand-press-kit), Teams and organisations build a multi-color brand palette (up to 12 colors) that themes their public profile and is published, together with logos, banner, artists, and links, on a public "Brand & Press Kit" page.
* [Brand academies](/docs/help/promote-grow/brand-academies), Brands join as organisations (a 'brand' entity type), front themselves with featured ambassador artists, and run branded artist-development programs, which are writers camps with kind='program', reusing the whole camp machinery. E.g. a "JBL Music Academy with Martin Garrix".
* [Wallet pass](/docs/help/promote-grow/identity-wallet-pass), Your Aden profile as an Apple Wallet or Google Wallet pass, with a QR code people scan to open it.
* [Shop & Shopify integration](/docs/help/promote-grow/shop), Lets a team connect a Polar or Shopify store and surface a product catalog on their public profile, with checkout handed off to the provider.
* [Campaigns](/docs/help/promote-grow/campaigns), Send, schedule, and track promotional emails, SMS messages, and listen-and-rate promos to contacts from a team, organisation, or the admin panel.
* [Campaign replies](/docs/help/promote-grow/campaign-replies), Replies to an email campaign come back into Aden, sorted by campaign and by what kind of answer they are, so a "yes, send it over" never dies in somebody's inbox.
* [Posts](/docs/help/promote-grow/posts), Create and schedule organic, sponsored, and inspiration posts for a team or org, then fan them out to connected social accounts (Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Threads, Facebook, Pinterest).
* [Announcements](/docs/help/promote-grow/announcements), Admin- and organisation-managed broadcasts. Banner announcements with audience targeting (platform, all orgs, one org, one team, one user), links to platform pages and external sites, optional push/email delivery, and optional calendar-event dates that put important industry deadlines on the audience's calendars.
* [Contests](/docs/help/promote-grow/contests), Gamified fan giveaways where entrants earn points by completing actions (follow on Spotify, save a track, share a link, etc.): with a weighted random draw to pick winners at the end.
* [Ads marketplace](/docs/help/promote-grow/ads-marketplace), Self-serve ads bought by organisations and shown to free users, with genre targeting, CPM budgets and house-ad fallbacks.
* [Content radar](/docs/help/promote-grow/content-radar), From a posts page, point an agent at one artist team and it reads the last ninety days of posts, the release plans and tracks about to drop, social growth per platform and caption scores, then files what to work on next. Adding an action writes a task on the release plan or the team, and a draft post when copy came with it.
* [Contacts & leads](/docs/help/promote-grow/contacts), The CRM layer of Aden. Team contacts, an internal sales pipeline (leads), demo submissions between artists and teams, and org-level enquiry triage with external CRM sync.
* [CRM timeline](/docs/help/promote-grow/crm-timeline), One chronological history per contact, team and organisation. Notes, meeting write-ups, calls, follow-ups and the real email threads that go with them, all on the shared comments layer.
* [Organisation leads](/docs/help/promote-grow/organisation-leads), An organisation's or a team's own sales pipeline, festivals, brands, venues and partners they are chasing, running on the same `leads` table AND the same board, table and record sheet as Aden's internal pipeline, parameterized by scope. Socials and a first contact are captured on the create form.
* [Organisation follow-ups](/docs/help/promote-grow/org-follow-ups), One due list for an organisation's booking side, lead next actions, prospect follow-ups and unanswered requests to play, on the org dashboard, in the mobile app, in a daily reminder and through the MCP server.
* [Opportunities](/docs/help/promote-grow/opportunities), Public and in-app overview of open calls an artist can enter, plus featured contests run by teams on Aden, refreshed daily.
* [Opportunity scout](/docs/help/promote-grow/opportunity-scout), From a leads board, brief an agent for one artist (shows, sessions, sync, a label, press, a brand, somewhere, sometime) and it fills the Review sheet with who to contact, why, how the artist is already connected, the channels it found published, and a drafted first message, then drafts a roadmap of what to do first, owned by the team by role. Adding a suggestion writes a real lead with its contact, notes, draft and a dated follow-up.
* [Leads and opportunity scout on mobile](/docs/help/promote-grow/mobile-opportunity-scout), The leads pipeline as a board on the phone, and the opportunity scout's brief, suggestions and saved briefs, served through the API for the active organisation or team.
* [A\&R contact discovery](/docs/help/promote-grow/ar-contact-discovery), Finds the A\&Rs a team has already emailed and adds them as ordinary leads and contacts on the team leads board.
* [License CRM](/docs/help/promote-grow/license-crm), Teams and their organisations record and track music licenses issued to external parties, licensee, license type, territories, term, fee, and the signed agreement, with two-way visibility between the artist team and its linked orgs, cross-notifications, and automatic expiry reminders.
* [Sync portal](/docs/help/promote-grow/sync-portal), A kind-aware pipeline for sync licensing opportunities (film, TV, ads, trailers, games) and A\&R briefs (a label looking for songs to cut): run by an organisation across its roster, or by an artist team on its own catalogue, on the same kanban board. Stages from first contact to placement with per-kind wording, brief criteria (genres, BPM range, reference), pitched tracks, an activity log and the money booked per deal. Also works with artists, tracks and counterparty companies that aren't on Aden yet, as a conversion funnel to onboard them.
* [Demo inbox](/docs/help/promote-grow/demo-inbox), Where a team receives demos. Email submissions to \{slug}@aden.space (Max, on by default) and a live mode for streaming that switches itself off after two hours.
* [Demo submission form](/docs/help/promote-grow/demo-submission-form), Labels choose how much their public demo portal asks for, the quick compact form or a full track-details form mirroring the create-track form, and signed-in artists see a demo-readiness checklist showing how complete their profile is (complete profiles have a higher chance of hearing back).
* [Submissions vs demos](/docs/help/promote-grow/org-submissions-vs-demos), An organisation receives music through two separate pipelines, Submissions (artist teams on Aden pitching a track, album or playlist for a deal) and Demos (anyone, through the public portal or a connected inbox), on two boards that never mix.
* [Submission contacts, emails and documents](/docs/help/promote-grow/submission-contacts-and-emails), A label pitch carries the people you are talking to, the Gmail threads about it, and its contracts. Documents come from disk, a cloud or a Gmail attachment. The tracks board filters on where a track was pitched and how it stands.
* [Label submission follow-ups](/docs/help/promote-grow/submission-follow-ups), A recurring nudge on a label pitch that has not been answered, with a previewable follow-up email you send yourself and a dashboard queue of everything still waiting.
* [Fan programs](/docs/help/promote-grow/fan-programs), Per-show fan feeds (anyone at the show uploads photos and videos, no account; a TikTok-style public feed ranked by views, with reports, a closing date, artist posts and a live view on the desktop rail) plus a per-team configurable fan program with weighted criteria and points.
* [Discover & hype](/docs/help/promote-grow/discover), Public surfaces for exploring artists, orgs and venues on a map or grid; a weekly hype chart of downloadable tracks ranked by downloads; and a per-user favorites bar for quick access to any app route.
* [Gifts & waitlist](/docs/help/promote-grow/growth), Three independent growth levers. Gifting a paid plan to another team (with a gift card email that can be scheduled to the day and hour), collecting fan email subscribers on public profiles, and managing platform waitlist / beta access.
* [Supported by](/docs/help/promote-grow/supported-by), Teams show which artists and DJs supported their music. A public "Supported by" list plus per-track "who played it" support, fed manually, from demo inboxes, or imported from 1001tracklists via Songstats.
* [Invite friends](/docs/help/promote-grow/invite-friends), A member emails their own referral link to people who have no Aden account yet, from a dialog reachable anywhere in the app.
* [Recommend a friend](/docs/help/promote-grow/recommend-a-friend), A signed-in user recommends someone to Aden, the person, their team, their label and its size, and it lands in the admin lead pipeline as a lead we can work and invite from.
* [Referral rewards](/docs/help/promote-grow/referral-rewards), Inviting people opens features one rung at a time; five friends who really join unlock a year of the first paid plan. Plus the checks that keep one person from clearing either alone.
* [Ambassadors & partners](/docs/help/promote-grow/partners), Three admin-managed content types that power the marketing surface. An ambassador loyalty programme rewarding active users, partner brand listings with subscriber benefits (now managed via partnerships), and user testimonials shown on the landing page.
* [Partnerships](/docs/help/promote-grow/partnerships), Introw-style partner relationship management shared by organisations and platform admins (team-ready): a pipeline board of partner companies with lifecycle status, tier and next action, the real contacts behind them, a deal pipeline, and the shared CRM timeline (notes, calls, meetings, follow-ups, email). Platform partnerships also power the public /partners marketing directory.
* [Apple Branded Mail](/docs/help/promote-grow/apple-branded-mail), Get a team's logo shown next to its emails in Apple Mail. A live DMARC check on the sending domain plus the hand-off to Apple Business Connect.
* [Email verification](/docs/help/promote-grow/custom-email-verification), Verify the custom emails a team adds (contact, booking, demo-fallback) by having the recipient click a signed link, so you only show and send from addresses you own.
* [Web tracking & consent](/docs/help/promote-grow/web-tracking), Aden's platform analytics and marketing tags, GA4, Google Ads, Facebook/TikTok retargeting, and a GTM container scoped to the landing pages and public artist profiles, all gated by region-scoped Google Consent Mode v2 defaults and the cookie banner.
* [Google Search Console](/docs/help/promote-grow/search-console), Connect a team's or organisation's Search Console property to Aden and read the searches, impressions, click-through rate and ranking positions behind their website traffic. Admins read aden.space itself from Google and Bing.
* [Artist discoverability](/docs/help/promote-grow/artist-discoverability), See Google search, AI appearances, and Aden-hosted website traffic on team analytics without inventing third-party SEO scores.

* [White-label organisations](/docs/help/work-together/whitelabel), A paid organisation add-on that strips Aden from everything the outside world sees through that organisation, its public pages, its share cards and the mail it sends to applicants, so the surface reads as the brand's own.

Same agent and tools as the assistant, their own voice and focus.

* [Writers camps](/docs/help/work-together/writers-camps), Org-run songwriting camps that group studio sessions, manage a roster of writers, collect a signature on the camp's own terms, and let people join by personal invite (auto-join), by claiming a spot added by name through one shared claim link, or by a public open-form signup link (with an optional price to join that can be invoiced per participant from the camp's People page, a signup wave with limited spots + waitlist, and a full public camp page. Any active org member can be a coach; requests are a generic, reusable primitive.
* [Track requests](/docs/help/work-together/track-requests), Publish a brief (a remix contest, a sync licensing call, a compilation) from a team or an organisation and collect structured submissions, uploaded audio files or links, into your demo inbox. ## More [#more]

* [Let Aden pitch a track](/docs/help/more/aden-pitching), A track's Pitched list and Up next offer "Let Aden pitch this". Allowing it files an ordinary pitch to Aden's own organisation, with the deal kinds and a rights confirmation. Up next then follows what Aden does with it.
* [Anatomy](/docs/help/more/anatomy), Ask the chat how a part of the music industry works and get an interactive isometric map of it, with the number that matters and a link from every player to the Aden feature that handles it.
* [App data](/docs/help/more/app-data), Custom fields a connected app keeps on anything in Aden (tracks, albums, events, playlists, teams, users, organisations, ...), for what Aden has no field for yet. Namespaced per app, same access rules on the MCP and the API.
* [Custom board columns and sub-boards](/docs/help/more/board-custom-columns), Add a tag or genre column between the statuses, or a sub-board under a status or another column. Dropping a track (or album) in one sets its status, tags and genres; each column chooses whether leaving it takes the value off. Shown on the tracks board, list, sidebar, status dropdown, desktop and mobile, and on the albums board and list.
* [Bot marketplace](/docs/help/more/bot-marketplace), bot.aden.space lists every music bot a person can use in the Aden chat or install into ChatGPT, Grok or Claude, with the apps each one works with, served from one data module through a public API.
* [Cards at the top of a chat](/docs/help/more/chat-cards), While you chat, small cards at the top show what the conversation is about (a track, a proposed day, a list of asks) and who works on it but isn't in the chat. A card opens its Aden page on its own in a small window you can keep beside the chat, dock or pop out.
* [Chats linked to sessions, tracks and more](/docs/help/more/chat-linked-items), Link a chat to a studio session, track, milestone, release or show. It pins the item's card, and messages turn into to-dos, comments, notes, links, files and new session times with one click.
* [Start a session from any chat](/docs/help/more/chat-new-session), Type /new session with a name and a day in any chat. Aden starts the session, invites the person or one of their teams, and posts an invite card everyone in the chat can answer and join from.
* [Together, beside a chat](/docs/help/more/chat-together), Next to a one-to-one chat or an email thread, everything you and that person have done in Aden. Your organisations they're in, sessions, tracks, releases, playlists, shares and email threads, even for people who aren't on Aden yet.
* [DAW plugin](/docs/help/more/daw-plugin), Aden inside your DAW as a VST3, Audio Unit or CLAP plugin. It comes with the desktop app, updates with it, and opens straight into the session you're in.
* [Default organisation](/docs/help/more/default-organisation), A per-user default organisation that the org surface opens on when no organisation is in the URL. The first organisation joined is the default until you pick another.
* [Import a site's sign-in from your browser](/docs/help/more/desktop-browser-cookie-import), A Links page offers to bring over the sign-in your browser already holds for its site, so Claude, ChatGPT or Google Docs open signed in without a second login.
* [Calendar moments in the rail](/docs/help/more/desktop-calendar-moments), The desktop rail puts what's coming in your calendar in reach, from 1 hour to 2 days ahead, each with a sparkle: calls to join, sessions, release and pre-save days' public pages, shows, deadlines, and the writers camp you're at today with its listening session, each opening just its page.
* [DJ crates sync on the desktop](/docs/help/more/desktop-dj-sync), Crates from rekordbox, Serato, Traktor and Virtual DJ come into Aden with your own tracks linked, and your Aden playlists go out to those apps with the final version of each of your tracks.
* [Drop shelf (drag files onto the notch)](/docs/help/more/desktop-drop-shelf), Drag files onto the MacBook notch, the menu bar icon or Finder's "Choose Action…" and Aden suggests what to do with them.
* [Shared team files on desktop](/docs/help/more/desktop-team-documents), Move a file from your computer into a team from the rail, Finder or ⌘K. Every save syncs with the team, and a pin shows when a teammate saved a newer version.
* [Did you mean (404 suggestions)](/docs/help/more/did-you-mean), A mistyped URL lands on the page it meant, or its 404 lists the closest pages, releases and profiles.
* [Links on tracks and sessions](/docs/help/more/entity-links), Keep any link with a track or a studio session, like a lyrics doc, a stems folder or a Notion page.
* [Entity sidebar and banner layout](/docs/help/more/entity-sidebar-layout), Immersive cover art in the track, album, playlist, mix and camp sidebars, a seam to move the title up or down, drag-to-reorder sections, and a resizable immersive team banner.
* [Key finder](/docs/help/more/key-finder), The Camelot wheel as a tool. Type a key or a key change in ⌘K and the row answers it; open it to nudge keys with plus and minus, play the key on a piano or guitar, drop or record tracks to find their key, BPM and chords, line them up on a playlist pitched to an instrumental for a mashup, and save one as a track in Aden.
* [Label pitches](/docs/help/more/label-pitches), Write and send pitch emails to labels from your own inbox, one share link per label, and follow opens, plays and replies on a Pitches dashboard widget that reads replies into a status for you.
* [Reviews on any link](/docs/help/more/link-reviews), Ask anyone, on Aden or not, for a review on a page in another app (a DISCO player, a Samply link, a Session Studio song, a Google Doc); they answer on a public page with like or pass and a note.
* [MCP editions](/docs/help/more/mcp-editions), Focused MCP servers carved out of the one Aden MCP (release planner, tour manager, label manager, ...), each with its own URL, listing and ChatGPT plugin, all leading to the full Aden.
* [Home screen widgets on iPhone](/docs/help/more/mobile-home-screen-widgets), Tasks, recent tracks, calendar, milestones and alerts on the iOS home and lock screen.
* [Audio from your computer on your phone](/docs/help/more/mobile-mac-files), Search the audio on your computer from the phone's Search tab and play a file that was never uploaded, through the desktop app, as a temporary preview.
* [Mobile media viewer](/docs/help/more/mobile-media-viewer), Tap a tile in the phone's team media grid to swipe through the team's media full screen, over a blurred backdrop of the active image.
* [Share into Aden on mobile](/docs/help/more/mobile-share-into-aden), Share audio, photos, videos, links or text from any app to Aden and turn it into a track, a post, files on a track or session, or inspiration.
* [Chats from other apps on your phone](/docs/help/more/mobile-social-chats), Instagram, WhatsApp and the other chats Aden desktop reads through Beeper show in the mobile chat list, one row per person, relayed from your Mac while it's on.
* [Move-in](/docs/help/more/move-in), One textarea to tell Aden how you work, in any order, on the public /move-in page and at the top of Home for platform admins. What is read shows as a Got line, one follow-up suggests the next thing worth telling, and Send lays out the team; a visitor signs up under that plan and lands in the team wizard with it filled in.
* [Quick notes](/docs/help/more/quick-notes), A scratchpad on your dashboard, your team's dashboard and its own page that reads what you write and offers to turn it into to-dos, milestones, a session or a track's lyrics. On the desktop it floats and is searchable from ⌘K and the launcher.
* [Calls in sessions and chats](/docs/help/more/session-calls), Call, share your screen, take control of someone's screen and send studio-quality audio from an audio interface, in a chat or a session, with the session's track and files beside the call, recorded and transcribed with every moment kept, and let followers watch from the share link or the Aden app.
* [Shared bot threads](/docs/help/more/shared-bot-threads), Ask a team bot to do something from any chat. It works in its own thread, and a link shows that one thread live to whoever you send it to, in Aden or on WhatsApp, Instagram and the web.
* [Smart paste and drop](/docs/help/more/smart-paste), Paste or drop anything onto a track, album, session, gallery or demo inbox and it lands where it belongs.
* [Weekly team email](/docs/help/more/team-weekly-digest), Every Monday each member of a switched-on team gets one email about their team's week. It covers plays and top tracks, team activity, tasks due, open opportunities from the scout, and what shipped in Aden. Replies go to [info@aden.space](mailto:info@aden.space).
* [Share several versions of a track](/docs/help/more/track-multi-version-share), Pick any set of versions in the Share dialog's timeline, or ⌘-click them on the track page, and share exactly those.
* [Quick share from a track menu](/docs/help/more/track-quick-share), Copy a share link to the whole track, or open the Share dialog, from any track's "…" or right-click menu and from ⌘K.
* [Undoable deletes](/docs/help/more/undoable-deletes), Deleting anything is instant and can be undone for five seconds before it reaches the server.
* [Lyrics and synced lyrics](/docs/help/more/version-lyrics), Write lyrics per version, mark singers, and time each line to the audio so the playing line lights up on the version page and on share pages. Aden can transcribe lyrics from the audio, or keep yours and add the timing.
* [Voice agents](/docs/help/more/voice-agents), People you talk to out loud, built on ElevenLabs Conversational AI. Bar staff, a studio assistant, a light tech and a ticket scanner in the world, a guide on the move-in page, Aden in a session's call, and a call with any chat bot. Each agent acts only through the page's own buttons, as client tools.
