Play air hockey in the world
Find the air hockey table hidden in town, take an end, and play the bot or a friend at the other end.
Every world has an air hockey table hidden somewhere in town, in one of the parks between the streets. Each world puts it in a different spot, and everyone in that world finds it in the same place. It's the same game as the one in Aden Edge, on a real table: the puck is a record and the mallets are knobs.
Play
- Walk up to either end of the table. Play air hockey shows at the top of the screen.
- Press E, or press Play air hockey. The view moves behind your end.
- Move your mouse over the table to move your mallet. On a phone, drag your finger. W A S D and the arrow keys work too.
- First to 7 goals wins. Press Play again for another game.
Your mallet stays on your half of the table. The scoreboard beside the table shows the red end's goals on the left and the blue end's on the right.
Play a friend
Until someone takes the other end, you play the bot. When a friend walks up to the other end and presses E, a new game starts between the two of you. Everyone nearby sees the game and the score.
If someone is already playing an end, take the other one, or stand beside the table and watch.
Find the table
Walk the parks round the plaza, or type /hockey in the chat to go straight to the table from anywhere in the world.
Stop playing
Press Esc or Leave. You stand up beside your end and can walk off. If you leave the tab for a few seconds, your end is freed for someone else.
